But first We’re going to PINK UP Ballan in October 2026

Members of the Ballan Autumn Festival Association Committee and The Ballan & District Chamber of Commerce are joining together to Pink Up Ballan and raise finds for the McGrath Foundation Cancer Care Nurses.

Your favourite community festival will be back on Sunday 21 March 2027, 9am-3pm!

Ballan Autumn Festival is an annual celebration of local culture, creativity and community, and is one of the oldest regional country fairs in the Moorabool Shire, and with around 5,000 people flocking to the festival each year, it’s also one of the most popular.

Ballan Autumn Festival 2026 lived up to the promises and was the best ever, with the whole community coming out to enjoy the Grand Parade, live local bands, the Animal Nursery, Vintage Cars and tonnes of activities for the kids, and we hope you all had a cracking day out with the whole family.

Planning for 2027 will kick off later in 2026.

BECOME INVOLVED IN 2026

The Ballan Autumn Festival is put on for the community by the community. The entire Festival is organised, planned and ran by a group of dedicated volunteers known as The Ballan Autumn Festival Association. These volunteers meet throughout the year making plans, fundraising and conversing with local businesses and groups.

We would love and appreciate having more of the community involved with this great event. Please register your interest below if you, your business or group can contribute in any way!

Businesses with a physical presence on Inglis St or surrounding streets are encouraged to register if they would like to have any involvement, including sponsorships, physical assistance, supplying prizes for our winners, being included on the festival map or even just letting us know you are open on Festival day!
